 Return Policy

All  return requests must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.  If more  than 15 days have gone by since your purchase, there will be no refund  or exchange.

If we agree to a return, you will be charged a $20  restocking fee.  You will be refunded your order amount minus $20, this  covers shipping and handling fees.

To be eligible for a return,  your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we must be able to confirm proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once  your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to  notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify  you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you  are approved, then your refund will be processed, and your refund (minus  $20 of the purchase price) will automatically be applied to the method  of payment you chose for purchase.

Coupon Purchases(if applicable)

Any  item purchased with a coupon will be refunded according to cost of the  item purchased at the coupon discount rate (minus $10).

Exchanges (if applicable)

In the event your item arrives damaged by fault of your carrier, send us an email at admin@nextdaytianeptine.com and we will provide assistance.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you will be required to email us at admin@nextdaytianeptine.com, we will provide you with a return label to use upon qualifying for a return.
