All of the products will be handled only by qualified and properly trained professionals. All customers represent and warrant that through their own review and study that they are fully aware and knowledgeable about the following: Government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to all products. The health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products they purchase. The necessity of adequately warning of the health and safety hazards associated with any products. 

NextDayTianeptine.com reserves the right to limit and/or deny sales of products to any unqualified individuals if we have reason to believe that misuse will occur.

6. Advertisers. This web site may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the web site is accurate and complies with applicable laws. Provider will not be responsible for the illegality of or any error or inaccuracy in advertisers’ or sponsors’ materials.

 
7. Errors and Corrections. Provider does not represent or warrant that the web site will be error-free and free of viruses. Provider may make improvements and/or changes to its features, functionality or Content at any time.

8. Shipping Services. We use the shipping services UPS and USPS. We can not control what happens to packages once UPS and USPS take the packages and are NOT resposible for late or lost shipments. If you want your package to be truly next day service please use UPS. We do not attempt to get refunds on USPS  or UPS packages until further notice. We have been consistently denied refunds no matter why packages are delayed and for some reason UPS customer services tell customers to contact us to get a refund knowing they wont approve them. They are both extremely difficult to deal with and it is too time consuming to keep trying to get refunds at this point. They are more expensive but you get what you pay for.  None orf the shipping services are guaranteeing their delivery dates at this time. They state this is due to COVID. UPS does NOT deliver on Saturday's or Sunday's. It is your responsibility to know this. We no longer offer Saturday Delivery with UPS. USPS does deliver on Saturday and you can check with us to see if you package will be delivered overnight after your order is placed. We strive to get all orders out same day but there are incidents that causes us to be unable to from time to time which is rare but does happen. Please be sure to ask us first before ordering whether or not your order will go out the same day if that is what you need.  Our cut off and days we ship our subject to change with out notice.

 
9. Unlawful Activity. Provider reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Terms of Use and to take any action we deem appropriate, including, but not limited to, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information,

 
10. Remedies for Violations. Provided reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms of Use, including, but not limited to, the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the Provider’s web site and their features.

 
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi.

 
12. Privacy. Your use of the web site is subject to Provider’s Privacy Policy.

14. Lost Packages. Replacement of packages lost in delivery or undelivered will be at the discretion of NextDayTianeptine.com. We will research missing packages after 5 days of the initial delivery date.


15. Customs Duties & Fees. The buyer assumes all responsibility for any customs duties or fees. Also, we will not refund orders which are seized by customs. The buyer should be aware of whether or not a product can be shipped to their country before ordering.

 
16. Payment Verifications. At our discretion, NextDayTianeptine.com reserves the right to manually verify payment details on any purchase prior to the shipment of an order. The details requested may include, but not necessarily be limited to, proof of picture ID, billing address and/or credit card NextDayTianeptine.com reserves the right to hold an order for 5 business days until an electronic check (e-check payment) clears if it is identified as a potentially high risk payment.

 
17. Modifications to Terms of Use. Provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions of the Terms of Use will appear on this web site and are effective immediately. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use.
